District 7 Spring Convention
The District 7 Spring Convention was held in Hartford on Saturday, April 14. Post Commander Jerry Corey, Douglas Meyer, Charles Beck and Fred Lee were in attendance.
The district awarded the District Legionnaire of the Year award to Tim Woltjer from Dell Rapids. He will represent our district at the State Convention in Watertown in June.
A delegate and alternate were nominated to represent the District/Department at the 94th Annual National Convention of The American Legion in Indianapolis, IN, August 24-30, 2012.

Persian Gulf: Aug 2, 1990 to cessation of hostilities as determined by US Government.

*Since 1990, if you have been on active duty for one day, you are eligible to join the American Legion.
